About Ordering

What forms of payment does your store accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal Express.

Can I remove items from my shopping cart prior to check-out?

Yes. On the 'Shopping Cart' page, change the quantity to 0 beside the item you wish to remove, and click the update Qty button at the bottom of the page. Your item will be removed and the sub-total for your order will be changed. Your order is only finalized after you completely checkout your order.

What do I need to know before placing an order from outside of the U.S.?

Prior to ordering from outside the U.S. or the U.S. Territories, you need to understand the Customs Laws or Regulations regarding the importing of dietary supplements (or any of our products) to your country.

You are also responsible for any additional fees associated with your order, such as taxes, import tariffs and import duties. Should your order be returned for any reason, you will receive a refund (less 15% restocking fee and shipping costs) only if the package is returned in its original condition.

If the package is seized, damaged or destroyed by Customs Officials, we cannot issue you a refund.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes. Following receipt of your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. Details of your order will be shown but no identifiable credit card information will be included.

How can I check the status of my order?

Orders placed within the U.S. or the U.S. Territories should arrive within 3 business days, however, please allow up to 6 business days prior to contacting us. If your order has not been received by the end of the 6th business day, please send us a detailed email at: shipping@womenshealthsupply.com. We will track your order for you and reply promptly.

International orders should be received within 5-10 business days however timelines may vary greatly depending on the destination. If your package is being held at a local Customs Office, this may delay receipt of your order.

If your order has not been received by the end of the 10th business day and you are certain that the package is not being held at a local Customs Office, please send us a detailed email at: shipping@womenshealthsupply.com. We will track your order and reply promptly.

About Shipping and Returns

What are the shipping options that your store offers?

Within the Continental U.S., we ship by UPS Ground. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Territories, Military Addresses and P.O. Boxes are sent via U.S. Priority Mail. International shipments are shipped via Deutsche Post Global Mail and shipping charges vary by country.

What is your return policy?

Within 15 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item for a full refund. Please contact us by email at returns@womenshealthsupply.comto receive return authorization prior to returning any merchandise.

Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition in order to receive credit. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to authorized returns received after 15 days and a 25% restock fee will be applied to unauthorized returns.

Please note that we can only process returns and refunds (partial or full) for products purchased from WomensHealthSupply.com within the last 30 days.

What personal information do you collect and how do you handle that information?

When you place an order with us, we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, email address and credit card information. We collect this information for the purpose of completing your order and following up with you should we have any related questions.

We also collect email addresses and names through testimonials, newsletter subscriptions and any contest we may run. This information is solely for our use, including the mailing of our newsletter.

We do link to other websites primarily to provide our customers with health, fitness, wellness and related industry information. We are not responsible for the content of these websites and our privacy policy does not apply to them, however we do not share any personal information with third parties.
