Our company warehouses are located on the east and west coasts of the Continental United States. Domestic orders from American customers are shipped via UPS Ground.
Most customers will receive their orders within 3 business days, however please allow 6 business days prior to contacting us for shipment information.
Please note that UPS does not deliver on weekends. Special arrangements are required and additional fees will be applied.
Shipping by UPS Ground is billed based on weight, beginning at $6.95 for the first 5 lbs, to a maximum of $10.95 for orders of 15 lbs or more.
UPS does not deliver to military addresses and P.O. boxes. In either case, your order is shipped by U.S. Priority Mail based on the number of items in your order. For 1 item, your shipping charge is $6.95; for 2 items, your shipping charge is $8.95; and for 3 or more items, your shipping charge is $10.95. To ensure that your order is shipped correctly, please check the correct box during checkout (PO Box or Military Address).
Please note that packages sent to military addresses may be delayed due to military handling.
Shipping costs are higher for destinations in Alaska, Hawaii or the U.S. Territories (see U.S. Territories listing below) than for destinations within the Continental U.S. Orders are shipped primarily by U.S. Priority Mail and shipping charges are based on weight.

International Shipping
We are an international supplier that ships to countries all over the world, including Canada, Mexico and overseas destinations (see approved international country listing below).
International orders must be paid by approved credit card prior to shipment. Most international orders arrive within 5-10 days, although shipping times vary based on the destination country.
Before placing an order, be aware of any local customs laws with regard to the shipment of dietary supplements. Do not order items that are illegal to import to your country. Check with your local Customs Office should you have any questions.
If a package is seized by Customs Officials or returned as “unclaimed” or “illegal to import”, you will receive a refund if the package is returned in its original condition. In this event, you are responsible for all shipping charges, including a 15% restocking fee. If a package is destroyed, you will not receive a refund for your order or your shipping charges.
You are fully responsible for any taxes, duties, tariffs, or other fees imposed by your local Customs Office related to your order.
Foreign shipping rates are based on the weight of the package, so we recommend keeping the weight of your shipments low.
You may order by credit card directly on our website and shipping charges will be immediately applied for orders of 25 lbs (11.36 kilos) or less. For orders over 25 lbs or for an estimate of the shipping charges of certain products prior to ordering, please email us at: shipping@womenshealthsupply.com.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept payment for any international orders that appear suspicious in any way.
